I have an Electric Stair lift that was in working condition when removed. This is made of heavy duty steel and is very heavy. Folds up to get out of the way of the stair when not in use. Comes with 10′ steel track (heavy like in I-Beam), Lift seat, cable motor, pulleys and hardware. Motor can be hidden under stairs or in attic and cable is routed to lift using pulleys.
